The LEGO Group
In summer 2025, the LEGO Group unveiled their Boston Hub, a state-of-the-art workspace in the Back Bay neighborhood. Guided by the LEGO Group’s commitment to colleague wellbeing, sustainability, and collaboration, our team partnered with BDG Architecture + Design and Syska Hennessy Group to create this colorful, light-filled space spanning six stories within the Lyrik at 1001 Boylston Street.
Designed by BDG, the LEGO Group space is LEED Gold- and WELL Gold-certified and equipped with sky terraces, over 90 meeting spaces, over 660 workstations, complimentary gym access, parents’ rooms, and flexible wellness areas. Construction also included the installation of radial staircases, a reception area, pantries, a novelty showroom, retail testing room, and barista café. There are also four central staircases across the six floors.

LEGO Group chief executive Niels B. Christiansen shared, “This fantastic new LEGO® workspace is an important part of our U.S. investment strategy, becoming a talent magnet in this important market. The Boston Hub will open up new ways for LEGO colleagues to create, connect and grow as we continue our mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow across the U.S.”
